Being a Volunteer is a great way to get started in the medical industry.  Suburban EMS requires three references and up to date certifications from all volunteer applicants.  Our volunteers participate in football stand-bys and assist in community events and demonstrations.  Click on the links below to access the Volunteer Application and Reference Form.  After you fill out the forms send them to the following address:
